Divergent, I saw the midnight premiere!

Okay so Last night I saw the 9:30 ("midnight") showing of....

First I will try to keep it mostly spoiler free but read the book, it's worth it...
Now for the great, the not so great and the interesting

The Great

• The Movie :D
• Soundtrack.... The music provided the perfect background to this movie, like seriously
• Acting.... these actors are insanely talented and made a great movie together
• Filming.... great job guys!
• The first words Theo/Four/Tobias said "What, did you get pushed?" after she was the first jumper :D

• The potentially unintentional reference to leg amputees made by Caleb (playing Gus in TFioS)
• The relationship between all the characters, it was pretty awesome 
• The diversity of the cast 
• Aptitude test, nuff said        

• The capture the flag game bullet things and the flag (it was a very pretty :D)    
• The romantic SUB-plot, not all the movie is like ohhh, four! Thank you!
• This fighting technique 

• The way they welcomed the initiates in dauntless

The not so great

• The Abnegation weren't as quiet and standing in the shadow as I thought they should have been 
• The pit in the dauntless compound, it was way to... bright, it made sense from a filming perspective but I imagined it a bit more dangerous, dark and damp then it seemed in the movie

• You didn't get emotionally attached to the initiates, like at all... Christina and will, did you even really notice, ugh     
• It was hard to tell the guy initiates apart (black hair... dauntless clothes) even if you had read the books... maybe it was just that it was bed time :)

• Beatrice's outfit at the beginning, I really didn't like the boots (guess I'm just vain)... and thought it should have been a tight grey undershirt instead of the long sleeve shirt and the dress which I guess would have been a lot of skin if the abnegation members would have meeker 

• The raven tattoo wasn't explained (but the templates were cool)

The Interesting

Lots of spoilers so no list but there were a bunch of changes to the movie that made it different but not worse... It actually made me feel special to know what happened in the book and find the differences :)
